Job description

Job Summary:

The FP&A professional will partner closely with business teams to deliver insightful financial analysis and reporting that supports strategic and operational decision making. This role requires a strong understanding of business drivers and the ability to translate financial data into meaningful insights that guide performance improvement and growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with both business and finance stakeholders to develop accurate revenue and cost forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans. The role involves continuously tracking actual performance against forecasts, identifying variances, and clearly articulating the underlying drivers. The FP&A professional will play a critical role in enabling data-driven decisions by providing timely, accurate, and actionable financial insights.

Additionally, the role requires close coordination with cross-functional finance teams, including Controllership, Payroll, and Shared Services, to ensure accurate tracking of monthly and quarterly financials. The individual will be responsible for identifying anomalies during financial reviews, investigating root causes, and driving corrective actions to maintain financial integrity and reporting accuracy.

What you bring to the team

  • Strong financial acumen.
  • Experience in working in ERP (Oracle preferred) planning and reporting tools (Anaplan and BI) etc.,
  • Graduate/MBA/CA/CMA/CPA qualified with 8-10 years of experience.
  • Experience in services organization is a plus.
