Hiring for Manufacturing and Supply Chain FBP for a leading Cement and Mining industry. with Products like Crushers, Rotary Kiln, Thickeners

Location- Bawal (Haryana) Face to face compulsory

The specific responsibilities of this role encompass:

Leading the financial integration or separation process in alignment with the global framework established by Industries and the Manufacturing and Assembly Centers.

Functioning as a valuable business partner to the local, regional, and global management teams.

Collaborating with business leaders to enhance profit margins within the Manufacturing and Assembly center activities. This includes close cooperation with Group Finance teams to enhance transparency and ensure profitability by providing high-quality analytics and insights.

Generating financial reports tailored to each factory, with a focus on maintaining clarity regarding the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and Selling, General, and Administrative (SG&A) costs.

Coordinating the collection of input from various departments and functions to prepare budgets and forecasts.

Conducting quarterly (or monthly) reviews of headcount utilization and assessing resource requirements based on utilization and production schedules.

Maintaining standard cost data, producing variance reports, and collaborating with business and management to determine the necessity for any adjustments.

Conducting quarterly reconciliations of actual costs versus standard costs, including under/overabsorption chargeouts.

Analyzing financial data and operational costs, comparing them to budgets and forecasts, with a particular focus on order intake, revenue, margin, cost levels, absorption, and Net Working Capital (NWC). Identifying and addressing any trends that require attention or correction and working on implementing improvements.

Collaborating with the global team to identify best practices and opportunities for improvement, as well as implementing new Global Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Identifying priority areas for investment to enhance profitability and providing support for Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) planning.

Undertaking special projects as required, which may include upcoming new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation.
