About the Role

We are a rapidly scaling startup looking for a smart, detail-oriented CA Fresher or CA Inter

with strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of accounting and finance processes.

You will support core finance operations, help streamline processes, and ensure accurate

financial reporting as we grow.

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Bookkeeping

- Manage/review day-to-day accounting entries in Books.

- Perform GL reconciliations, bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations.

- Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing activities.

2. Accounts Payable & Receivable

- Process vendor invoices, ensure proper approvals, and reconcile balances.

- Raise customer invoices, track GTV and collections, and follow up for payments.

- Maintain ageing reports and monitor outstanding payables/receivables.

3. Taxation & Compliance

- Assist in GST computation, return preparation, reconciliations (GSTR-2A/2B).

- Support TDS working, payments, and quarterly returns.

- Work with auditors for statutory and internal audit requirements.

4. Financial Reporting

- Prepare MIS reports: revenue, expense tracking, cash flow summary, etc.

- Help prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet schedules, and variance analyses.

- Support budgeting and forecasting exercises.

5. Process & Controls

- Help implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for finance workflows.

- Ensure documentation, compliance, and internal control adherence.

- Identify opportunities to automate and simplify finance processes.

Qualifications

- CA Fresher / CA Inter with min 2-3 years experience in fast growing startups

- Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, and TDS rules.

- Proficiency in Excel; working knowledge of Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks preferred.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
