Role Overview
The Finance Operations Associate will support end-to-end finance operations across multiple functions, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), Payroll, invoicing, payments, and reconciliations. The role requires flexibility to work across different finance processes and shift timings based on business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support finance operations such as P2P, O2C, R2R, Payroll, invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
- Assist in payroll-related activities including data validation, payroll inputs, employee query handling, and coordination with HR or payroll vendors.
- Support purchase order creation, invoice verification, and transaction processing in line with SOPs.
- Perform basic two-way/three-way matching and payroll data reconciliation.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for approvals, clarifications, and timely task completion.
- Assist in handling vendor and employee finance-related queries under supervision.
- Maintain accurate documentation, trackers, and reports to support audits and compliance.
- Adhere to internal controls, process guidelines, and timelines.
- Take up additional finance operational responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
Key Skills & Attributes
- Only candidates who graduated in 2024 or 2025 are eligible to apply
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are eligible.
- Basic understanding of finance, accounting, and payroll concepts.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel; willingness to learn ERP and payroll systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a process-driven environment.
Note
- Must be flexible to work across any finance operation based on business needs.
- Must be flexible to work in shift timings between 10:00 AM 7:00 PM or 2:30 PM 11:00 PM.
- This role includes a mandatory 2-year service bond applicable for freshers, effective from the date of joining.
