Job Description
ATMS & Co LLP is looking for a proactive and analytical
Finance Associate to join its
CFO Services Department. The role involves supporting clients with financial analysis, reporting, and operational finance, along with periodic client visits.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in delivering CFO advisory and finance support services to clients
- Preparation and analysis of MIS reports, cash flow statements, and budgets
- Monitoring client financial performance and key metrics
- Support in accounting review, expense tracking, and cost control
- Coordination with clients for financial data and clarifications
- Client visits (weekly) for discussions, reviews, and data collection
- Assistance in month-end and year-end financial processes
- Supporting senior team members in financial planning and decision-making
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of accounting and finance concepts
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and client-handling abilities
- Willingness to travel for client visits
Experience Required
- 23 years of relevant experience
- Prior experience in a CA Firm / CFO Services / Consulting role preferred
Location Preference:
- Candidates based in or around Thane Wagle Estate preferred
