ATMS & Co LLP is hiring a proactive and detail-oriented
Finance Associate to join our
Outsource CFO Services team. The role involves supporting multiple clients with financial reporting, compliance, and strategic finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Outsourced CFO engagements for multiple clients
- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and management dashboards
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Handle statutory compliances including GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.
- Coordinate with clients, auditors, bankers, and internal teams
- Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to clients
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial documentation
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 23 years of experience in a finance firm, CA firm, or CFO services environment
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Practical knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Good communication, analytical, and client-handling skills
Preferred Qualifications
- CA Inter / MBA (Finance) / equivalent
- Prior experience in Outsourced CFO or consulting roles
