Responsibilities:

Manage financial reporting and consolidation of financial statements in line with accounting standards and company policies.
Support controllership activities, ensuring strong financial controls, governance, and compliance across finance processes.
Coordinate with external auditors during statutory audits and ensure timely closure of audit requirements.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Monitor and maintain general ledger integrity, ensuring proper accounting treatments and reconciliations.
Support regulatory and statutory reporting requirements as applicable.
Assist in strengthening internal controls and financial processes to ensure compliance and risk mitigation.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely financial reporting and data accuracy.
Support finance leadership in analyzing financial data and improving reporting processes.

Qualification & Experience:

Qualified CA (Chartered Accountant) is mandatory.
Hands-on with advance Excel skills.
Preferred Candidate: Finance & Accounts professional with over 4 years of post-qualification experience in financial reporting and consolidation.
Experience with Oracle Fusion and FCCS tools is preferred.
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders spread internationally.
