Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Finance and Analytics Faculty with a PhD. Responsibilities include developing and delivering curriculum in the areas of finance and analytics, mentoring students, conducting high-impact research, publishing in reputed journals, and contributing to academic and professional development initiatives. The faculty will also participate in institutional and departmental activities, foster collaborations with industry partners, and stay up to date with trends in finance and analytics disciplines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in teaching Analytics courses
• Strong Communication skills to effectively present ideas, mentor students, and collaborate with colleagues
• Possession of a PhD in Finance, Analytics, or a related field (mandatory)
• Experience in academic research and published work's atleast 2 Papers in reputed SCOPUS/SCI journals
• Team-oriented attitude with the ability to lead and work collaboratively
• Teaching experience in higher education institutions is preferred
