Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Finance and Accounts Manager. The Finance and Accounts Manager will oversee and actively work in financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, and financial planning. Responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial reports, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, managing accounts payable and receivable, overseeing payroll, and providing strategic insights for cost optimization. The role will also involve collaborating with other departments to support financial decision-making and aligning financial strategies with organizational objectives.

This is a Full Time role based in our Head Office in Lado Sarai

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Accounting.
• Proficiency in Taxation, Compliance, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable management.
• Experience in data analysis, financial reporting, and creating insightful financial dashboards.
• Sound knowledge of Tally and other new age financial software.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a relevant certification CA Intermediate
