Manager, Finance & Accounting
Join our client, a leading company, as a Manager in Finance & Accounting. Oversee critical financial operations and drive strategic improvements in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounting department.
- Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures.
- Manage the preparation of financial statements and other financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other legal requirements.
- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts.
- Analyse financial data and provide insights to senior management.
- Develop and implement strategies for improving financial performance.
- Coordinate and manage external audits and ensure timely completion of audit requirements.
- Manage and develop a team of accounting professionals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Master's degree in accounting or finance; CA, CPA or CMA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and budgeting.
- Experience in managing and leading a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Auditing experience and Compliance oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software programs.
- Proven experience in finance management.
Working hours : The role is on-site, timimgs - 5 PM - 2 AM IS
