We are looking for passionate and detail-oriented Finance & Accounting Fresher to join our team on assignment. This is a potential contract-to-hire opportunity, offers hands-on experience in finance operations.
This role is designed to provide recent graduates/postgraduates with hands-on experience in core financial processes and systems, exposing them to both domestic and international finance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in data entry and bookkeeping tasks (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger)
- Support in preparation of financial reports, MIS, and month-end closures
- Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts
- Help in invoice processing and payment tracking
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance
- Assist in tax calculations (TDS, GST) and returns filing support
- Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
- Coordinate with internal departments for finance-related requirements
