Job Description
- Developing financial models including financial statements, valuation models etc
- Providing strategic advice, assessing financial impacts, and negotiating transactions for optimal outcomes.
- Portfolio management, monitoring performance, and creating management reports.
- Prepare reports for investors, including financial statements and performance updates.
- Conduct thorough diligence on potential investments, including financial and legal analysis.
- Manage the stakeholders within the portfolio companies, and act as an advisory support for their investment needs
The Successful Applicant
- Chartered accountant or equivalent professional qualification with 3 to 5 years post-qualification experience
- Proficiency in Financial Modelling and presentation tool
- Adept at analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in Investment Banking Back/Middle office operations
- Strong communication skills
