Job Description

We are seeking a Financial Analyst (SFA) to support finance operations across 11+ markets within the Central Europe & Baltics (CEB) cluster. This role is pivotal in building a robust Finance Operations backbone for the region.

As a key member of a virtual team of 10 colleagues across EMEA, you will:
- Own and execute critical reporting and finance processes within Business Unit Finance.
- Drive standardization, simplification, digitalization, and process maturity across the cluster.
- Collaborate closely with local Controllers and cross-functional teams to ensure operational perfection.
Key Responsibilities
Finance Operations execution
The SFA will be a key player in the CEB roadmap to Financial process excellence.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and well-documented execution of core CEB Finance processes.
- Drive standardization and achieve digital maturity across financial processes in Reporting (sales, Opex, cash flow, headcount, resource allocation), Planning (Anaplan inputs), Closing (including intercompany), Master Data Management, and Compliance.
- Maintain high standards of quality, timeliness, and accountability.
Process improvements and digitalization
- Identify and implement opportunities for standardization and simplification across CEB markets.
- Leverage advanced digital tools such as Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, AFO, and other technologies to enhance efficiency and insights.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives to elevate process maturity.
Collaboration & Stakeholder engagement
- Build strong relationships within the CEB Business Unit Finance team and with global partners, including Global Services and Digital Ambassadors.
- Facilitate standard process sharing and foster a culture of collaboration across virtual teams.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant finance experience.
- Strong analytical and financial skills with a results-driven approach.
- Proven track record to work autonomously and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills in a virtual environment.
- Proven continuous improvement approach and adaptability.
- Digital proficiency: Advanced Excel, Power BI, ERP systems; understanding of master data and system-based processes. Automation experience desired (e.g Power Automate or UiPath).
- High integrity and commitment to J&J Credo values and compliance standards.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken).
