About This Role

We're looking for a Finance & Accounts Lead to own the numbers end-to-end — books, compliance, cash flow, payroll, MIS reporting, and vendor payments. There's no finance team below you. You'll be the single person who keeps the financial engine running and gives the founders a clear picture of where the business stands.

This is a hands-on role. If you're looking to manage people who do the work, this isn't it. If you want real ownership at an early-stage company with room to build the function from scratch, read on.

What You'll Own

• Full books in Zoho - daily entries, bank reconciliation, vendor payments
• GST, TDS, and ROC filings in coordination with our external CA
• Monthly MIS reporting to founders (P&L, cash flow, working capital)
• Payroll processing and compliance
• Building financial controls and reporting systems that scale with the business

Who We're Looking For

• 3–8 years of experience in finance and accounts, ideally at a startup or small company where you were the only finance person
• Comfortable owning everything from Tally entries to founder-level reporting
• Strong on India compliance (GST, TDS, ROC)
• CA qualification or equivalent is a positive, not a requirement
• Based in Delhi/NCR
