  • Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Ensure timely completion of tax filings and statutory audits.
  • Support internal teams by providing financial insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth audits and compliance.
  • Implement and maintain financial controls and systems to safeguard company assets.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency within the accounting function.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance & Accounts Manager should have:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA).
  • 5+ years of post qualification experience.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing company is mandatory.
  • Proven expertise in financial management and accounting practices.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and tools relevant to the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting.
