Work Mode: 5 Days WFO + Alternate Saturdays Working

We are hiring for one of our esteemed clients for the role of Senior Manager / Assistant General Manager – Accounts & Finance.

We are looking for a dynamic finance leader with strong expertise in financial reporting, U.S. GAAP, INDAS, audits, treasury management, and taxation compliance to lead a high-performing finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of 10 finance professionals, ensuring operational accuracy and compliance

• Oversee preparation of financial statements and reports in line with U.S. GAAP and INDAS

• Manage quarterly audits with external auditors and internal stakeholders

• Ensure timely reporting to parent company and regulatory authorities

• Implement and monitor strong internal financial controls

• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Manage relationships with U.S. banks for factoring and treasury activities

• Partner with cross-functional teams for strategic financial planning

• Ensure compliance with U.S. taxation requirements

Desired Profile:

Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory

8+ years of progressive experience in Accounts & Finance

Minimum 3 years in a leadership role

Manufacturing industry experience preferred

Strong understanding of U.S. banking practices, factoring, and financial reporting

Experience with listed companies or subsidiaries of listed entities preferred

Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
