Finance & Accounts Manager

We are looking to hire a Finance & Accounts Manager for our client to oversee and manage day-to-day finance and accounts operations, ensure strong financial controls and regulatory compliance, manage cash flows efficiently and support business growth and profitability through strategic financial planning.
Responsibilities
- Oversee implementation and continuous improvement of internal controls, cash flow management, liquidity planning, and monthly financial reporting to senior management.
- Implementation and review of internal Controls across finance & accounts functions. Specifically setting up deep internal controls in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables and General Ledger, and Journal Entry functions.
- Prepare, review, and finalize monthly and annual financial statements in compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and ensure timely filing of all direct tax related compliances including Income Tax, TDS etc.
- Support all departments in their pricing and commercial decisions i.e. pricing / costing decisions.
- Present monthly MIS, Variance Analysis to the senior management and Investors.
- Coordinate with Statutory auditors, Internal Auditors, Consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities for audits, assessments, and compliance matters.
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, accounting standards, and internal policies.
- Ensure proper documentation, record-keeping, and maintenance of financial data.
- Support business expansion, new fund requirement and due diligence activities from a financial perspective.
- Ensure timely response to all queries across departments on matters related to costing, MIS and Finance.
Skills & Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA)/ CMA/ MBA (Finance) from a recognized College.
- 34 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and healthcare finance
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (Tally, SAP, etc.)
- Understanding of LIS and billing systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
