Location: Andheri West, Mumbai

Experience: 02 Years (Post-Qualification)

Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)

Role Overview

We are hiring a dynamic and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to lead the Finance & Accounts function. This is a high-ownership role focused on corporate finance, cash flow management, and financial process building.

You will work closely with the Founder/CEO and play a key role in managing capital, driving financial efficiency, and building scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Corporate Finance & Debt Management

Preparation of CMA data and project reports for bank funding

Handling debt closure for ongoing and new projects

Monitoring DSCR and bank covenants compliance

2. Cash Flow & Working Capital

Managing 13-week rolling cash flow forecasts

Handling Accounts Receivable & Payables

Managing banking relationships and credit facilities (LC/BG/CC)

3. Systems & Process Improvement

Implementation/optimization of ERP systems (Tally/Zoho/SAP)

Developing SOPs for finance, procurement, and payroll

Ensuring monthly closing within timelines

4. Statutory Compliance

Managing GST, TDS, Income Tax, and audits

Ensuring timely compliance with all regulatory requirements

Candidate Profile

Qualified CA with 02 years experience

Strong knowledge of corporate finance & project finance

Hands-on with Advanced Excel & financial modeling

Experience with ERP/accounting software

Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving ability
