Are you a driven BBA/MBA fresher with a strong interest in finance, accounting, and fintech We are looking for a motivated Finance & Accounts Intern with a strong foundation in accounting principles and Excel. This internship offers hands-on exposure to real business finance, reporting, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day accounting entries and bookkeeping
- Prepare and maintain Excel-based financial reports and trackers
- Support in reconciliation of bank statements and ledgers
- Assist in invoicing, expense tracking, and MIS reporting
- Help analyze financial data and highlight discrepancies
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Manage and monitor end-to-end daily customer pay-ins and payouts, handling 50,000+ transactions per day with high accuracy and efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic to good understanding of Accounting concepts (journal entries, P&L, balance sheet)
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis)
- Knowledge of Tally / accounting software is a plus
- Attention to detail and high accuracy
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial data
