Finance & Accounts Executive

To support our Finance department in Asia-Pacific, we are recruiting a Finance & Accounts Executive.

As Finance & Accounts Executive, your responsibilities, among others, will be the following:

Management of entire book keeping – AR:

• Receivables Accounting
• Preparation of Bank Reconciliation statement
• Management of Customer Legers, Monitoring, Collections Debts assessment
• Interaction with Sales on collectables and ageing review

Month Closing and GL :

• Accounting for Expenses, Incomes for book closing
• Creating provisions and write-off's

Bank Co-ordination :

• Preparation of BRS on weekly basis and reconciliation on month close
• Receivable knocking off

Tax Filings:

• Filing of GST Return – Outwards Before 10th
• QTRLY reconciliation between GST portal Vs. Books

Your profile :

• Graduated in Finance/Accounting, you have a first experience
• Good command of English
• Good command of Excel
• Result and customer oriented
• Strong listening skills
