Job Description

We are looking for a Finance & Accounts Executive to handle end-to-end accounting operations for our US LLC and Indian firm. The role requires hands-on experience in bookkeeping, compliance coordination, and structured financial record management.

Eligibility

• Semi-qualified CA (CA dropout preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience
• Prior exposure to digital marketing / online business / service-based companies is preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain complete books of accounts for US LLC and Indian entity
• Record sales, purchases, expenses, and journal entries
• Manage bank transactions and reconciliation
• Invoice creation and tracking receivables & payables
• Handle GST, TDS, and compliance-related data preparation
• Support monthly and yearly account closures
• Coordinate with external CA and consultants for filings
• Maintain clean financial records and documentation

Accounting Tools & Software

• Experience with one or more of the following:
• Tally (Prime / ERP)
• QuickBooks
• Zoho Books
• Xero
• MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Online banking portals and payment systems
