Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, payroll).
• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with taxation, audits, and statutory regulations.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial controls.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, driving process improvements.

Requirements:

• CA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification preferred.
• 810 years of progressive experience in finance & accounts.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
