We are looking for an experienced Finance & Accounting Manager with more than 5 years of professional expertise in managing finance, compliance, and accounting operations. This is a senior role for someone who can take complete ownership of financial planning, reporting, and guiding the company's growth with accurate financial insights.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete finance and accounting function, including bookkeeping, billing, vendor payments, and client invoicing
- Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies aligned with company goals
- Ensure statutory compliance, including GST, TDS, PF, and other regulatory filings
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and external agencies for audits and reporting
- Implement internal controls and improve financial processes for efficiency
- Mentor junior accounting staff and oversee payroll, expense management, and reconciliations
- Provide management with clear financial reports and recommendations for decision-making
Eligibility
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in corporate or agency environments
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA/ICWA/CPA preferred)
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance regulations
- Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software along with MS Excel
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage a small team and multiple priorities
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Salary Range: 5.0 LPA to 6.0 LPA

Probation Period: 6 months for evaluation
