We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Finacle Tester Cash Management to join our dedicated team supporting a leading banking group in the UAE. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and compliance of Finacle Cash Management modules during upgrades, implementations, and ongoing operations. This role involves end-to-end testing of core banking functionalities related to cash management, including cash positioning, liquidity management, payment processing, reconciliation, and reporting, across multiple entities and geographies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing for Finacle Cash Management modules (e.g., Cash Positioning, Cash Forecasting, Liquidity Management, Payment Processing, Reconciliation, and Reporting).
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test cases and test scripts based on business requirements and system specifications.
• Perform data-driven testing using test data management tools and scripts (e.g., creating CIFs, accounts, payment instructions).
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to clarify requirements and validate test scenarios. Identify, document, track, and validate defects using JIRA or similar tools; ensure timely resolution and retesting.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a reusable regression test suite for Finacle Cash Management modules.
• Support performance testing activities (in coordination with performance engineers) to validate system behavior under load.
• Participate in UAT support and production validation testing for new releases and enhancements.
