Job Description

  • 5+ years of experience at a relevant technical position in Banking Clients
  • Experience inFinacle Application production supportwithin the ITIL Framework.
  • Experience ofFinacle Application 10xor higher version
  • Excellent knowledge and hands on experience in Application trouble shooting, configuration and maintenance.
  • Application performance tuning and optimization
  • Resolution of tickets with quality and within SLA
  • Proactive monitoring and incidents analysis
  • Experience in Workflow maintenance and Configuration.
  • Complete knowledge of Loan module and the entire life cycle
  • Knowledge of other modules likeCASA, Interface, EOD/BOD, etc
  • Hands on experienced on windows, unix/linux, Oracle - SQL & PL/SQL
  • Able to handle pressure & support critical production issues
  • Willing to work extended hours during critical incidents & schedule weekend deployments.
  • Acknowledging and acting on command center Calls(24x7)
