Finacle 10x L2 Support
Work Experience - 2- 6 years of experience in Finacle 10x L2 support with below mentioned skills.
Job Description:
- Resource with good technical knowledge in modules like CASA, Term Deposit, Loans, ODCC and Payments
- Knowledge in Connect24 support and Finacle Integrator (FI)Support
- Good knowledge in issue debugging using traces, logs and Script
- Good Knowledge in SQL queries like Select, Update and Insert
- Good understanding of Finacle 10x table structure.
- Knowledge in Finacle scripting, Unix Command
- Knowledge in parameter tuning for any functional requirement changes that could be achieved through product configuration
- Proficient in Issue debugging and Analysis.
- Providing fix to custom code, if the error is on account of a defect/bug in the custom code
- Preparing custom patches and Deployment of patches in Bank environments.
- Support bank users during acceptance testing (UAT)
- Providing simple SQL extracts on need basis
