Job Summary: We are seeking a
Finacle Customization Consultant with 34 years of hands-on experience in Finacle 10x customization. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, deep knowledge of the Finacle ecosystem (especially the Loans module), and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions. This role involves close collaboration with business analysts to translate requirements into custom solutions that enhance and extend our core banking functionalities.
Key Responsibilities
Finacle Customization & Development
- Design and develop custom solutions within the Finacle 10x environment using Finacle scripting.
- Create and configure Service (SRV) Workflows to automate business processes.
- Develop custom batch jobs using Finacle scripting for efficient data processing.
- Utilize Finacle MTT for transaction creation.
- Customize existing Finacle Product Menus by adding new fields, implementing business validations, and enhancing buttons.
- Develop new custom Finacle menus (basic criteria, detail, result, and multirec screens).
Database & Reporting
- Develop and optimize stored procedures, functions, and other database objects using Oracle PL/SQL and SQL*Plus.
- Customize and build reports using MRT (Maha Report Template) and Jasper Reports.
Frontend & Integration
- Implement and modify frontend enhancements using JavaScript and JSP.
- (Optional) Leverage Java knowledge for deeper frontend/back-end integration.
Troubleshooting & Analysis
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to Finacle customization.
- Deliver effective and timely solutions to ensure business continuity.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 34 years of proven hands-on experience in Finacle 10x customization.
- Finacle Expertise: Strong functional understanding of the Finacle Loans module, including commercial and retail lending (origination, disbursement, repayment, and closure).
- Scripting Skills: Proficiency in Finacle scripting, including SRV workflows and batch job creation.
- Database: Strong knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL and SQL*Plus.
- Frontend: Experience with JavaScript/JSP; basic Java knowledge is a plus.
- Reporting: Hands-on experience with MRT and Jasper reporting.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical/problem-solving skills, effective communication in English, and the ability to work both independently and in collaborative teams.
