Key Responsibilities

Operate vial/ampoule filling and sealing machines in an aseptic environment.
Perform line clearance, machine setup, and changeover activities.
Ensure proper sterilization and cleaning of equipment as per SOPs.
Monitor filling volumes, sealing quality, and overall machine performance.
Maintain batch manufacturing records (BMR) and logbooks accurately.
Follow GMP, SOPs, and safety protocols at all times.
Assist in environmental monitoring and ensure compliance with cleanroom practices.
Identify and report deviations, breakdowns, and quality issues.
Coordinate with QA, QC, and Maintenance teams during operations.
Ensure minimal downtime and adherence to production schedules.
