Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of developers and engineers working on FileNet-based and ECM solutions
Plan, manage, and deliver complex technical projects within defined scope, timelines, and quality standards
Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performing FileNet P8 and ECM solutions
Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, QA teams, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Ensure system reliability, performance, and compliance through best practices, code reviews, and testing standards
Troubleshoot and resolve critical technical issues across FileNet and integrated enterprise systems
Maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture, system configurations, and operational procedures
Drive continuous improvement in development processes, architecture, and system performance
Ensure adherence to security standards, enterprise policies, and regulatory requirements
