Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical leadership and mentor a team of developers and engineers working on FileNet solutions.
Oversee end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, and timely completion.
Design and architect scalable and robust ECM/FileNet-based systems aligned with business requirements.
Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and cross-functional IT teams.
Ensure system quality, performance, and reliability through code reviews, testing, and best practices.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in FileNet environments.
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for systems, configurations, and workflows.
