Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Field Work Service Technician. The selected candidate will be responsible for on-site maintenance and repair of commercial kitchen equipment, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical problems, offering efficient solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks will include inspecting equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and delivering exceptional service to clients to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Maintenance, Repair, and Troubleshooting of commercial kitchen equipment.
- Experience with Field Service operations and understanding of on-site technical challenges.
- Effective Customer Service skills and the ability to communicate clearly with clients to address concerns and provide solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in an on-site, dynamic environment.
- Prior experience in commercial kitchen equipment servicing is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or plumbing systems is an advantage.
- Ability to handle diverse tasks and adapt to high-paced environments.
