Position Details
- Job Title: Field Technician – RF Radio & UBR Installation
- Work Nature: 100% Field Work with Work-at-Height Activities
- Location: Ahmedabad, Rajkot, and other districts of Gujarat
- Joining Date: September 2025
Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, configuration, and alignment of RF Radios and UBRs at client/project sites.
- Carry out work-at-height activities including mast, tower, and rooftop installations.
- Ensure proper cabling, grounding, and mounting of devices as per standard installation guidelines.
- Conduct site surveys and prepare reports on installation feasibility.
- Provide basic troubleshooting and testing of installed equipment to ensure connectivity and performance.
- Coordinate with project managers and team leads to complete assigned tasks within given timelines.
- Maintain safety standards and comply with company/site safety protocols during fieldwork.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass
- Experience: Fresher/Experienced candidates with exposure to RF/Networking installations.
- Mandatory Requirement: Candidate must have a personal bike for site travel.
- Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of RF, networking, and cabling.
Willingness to work at height (on towers/masts).
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to handle tools, climbing gear, and safety equipment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month (based on experience).
- Travel Allowance (TA) + Daily Allowance (DA): As per site/project applicable.
