As aDST/ TCP Field ServiceSpecialist, you will be providing wellsite support and guidance to our regional customers. You will help mentor and develop junior team members by sharing your knowledge and insights. You will have the opportunity to solve interesting and complex problems while utilizing the latest technology.

As a Field Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Receiving little instruction on day-to-daywork, general instructions on wellsite activities
• Determining and developing resolution to an assortment of problems encountered at the wellsite of moderately complex scope
• Being responsible for the minor maintenance of equipment and assisting in activating the completion equipment
• Being the primary contact to work with the Customer Representative and drill crew on location to coordinate operations at the rig.
• Providing a record of all assemblies run at the wellsite to the Customer Representative and promoting and maintaining good customer relations.
• Conducting all business activities in accordance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have Bachelor's degree (engineering preferred), or suitable DST / TCP experience in the field
• Hands-on experience in TCP design, preparation and execution.
• Experience in the design, development, and execution of DST production tests, stash, negative, positive, injectability, packers, retainers or any operation requiring DST tools, TCP shooting, stimulations and basic geophysical records in oil wells.
• Experience in real-time data transmission systems in offshore oil wells.
• Knowledge of wireline technologies and fundamentals in Open-hole and cased-hole wireline logging operations
