Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Services Engineer, based in Mumbai with occasional work-from-home flexibility. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for providing on-site technical services, troubleshooting equipment issues, performing preventive maintenance, and delivering excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include offering technical support to clients, ensuring optimal equipment performance, and reporting field activities comprehensively.

Qualifications

• Field Service and Preventive Maintenance skills to ensure proper functioning of equipment.
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting expertise for resolving issues effectively and efficiently.
• Strong Customer Service abilities to ensure client satisfaction and maintain professional relationships.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in working with environmental monitoring equipment is a plus.
• Degree or diploma in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid arrangement based in Mumbai.
