Field Services Engineer

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Field Services Engineer. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for performing field service, troubleshooting, diagnostic imaging machinery, providing technical support, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring superior customer service. The engineer will travel frequently to different client locations to perform these tasks and ensure machines are functioning at optimal levels.

• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Relevant experience in handling and servicing diagnostic imaging machinery is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Medical Electronics, or related field
