Job Description-

Troubleshooting and Diagnostics: Identifying and diagnosing technical issues with equipment or systems. Repair and Maintenance: Pertorming repairs, maintenance, and installations to ensure equipment functions optimally, Customer Interaction: Interacting with clients to understand their needs. answer queries, and provide technical support

Training and Guidance: Demonstrating how to use equipment and fixtures to clients

On-Site and Remote Support: Providing technical assistance both on-site and remotely. Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of service visits. repairs, and installations.

Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving technical issues efficiently and effectively. Managing budgets for service projects. All types CNC machines, Plasma & Oxyfuel machines maintenance

Education Qualification

Diploma Electronics/Electricals/Mechtronics/BE

Experience

• 2 to 10 Years in Plasma
