Qualification: Diploma / B.E. Mechanical Engineering
Location: Sanand, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Experience: 02 TO 05 YEARS
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and commissioning of Compression (Press) range of machines at customer sites.
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnosis of Compression (Press) machines to ensure minimum downtime.
- Responsible for servicing and maintenance of machines as per standard guidelines.
- Manage and drive business revenue for spare parts and change parts.
- Attend IFAT and CFAT of Tablet Press machines and ensure successful completion as per customer requirements.
- Handle service complaints in person or through online support and maintain a proper complaint register with closure status.
- Provide timely technical support and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Frequent travel across India and internationally for service assignments.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong technical understanding of mechanical components and machine operations.
- Hands-on experience with installation, commissioning, and maintenance of industrial machinery (Compression (Press)).
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Customer-focused attitude with good communication and reporting ability.
- Ability to work independently with frequent travel.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel PAN India and overseas on short notice.
- Ability to work in customer-site environments
