Key Responsibilities (JD)
- Installation & Maintenance:Install, test, repair, and perform planned/corrective maintenance on diverse medical devices.
- Troubleshooting:Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues with medical systems, including hardware and software.
- Customer Support:Provide on-site training, guidance, and excellent support to clinical staff (doctors, nurses).
- Documentation:Complete detailed service reports, maintain accurate records, and manage spare parts.
- Collaboration:Work with sales, management, and third-party suppliers; report potential issues or opportunities.
- Compliance:Adhere to safety, health, and company quality standards.
