This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Services Engineer based in Ahmedabad. The role involves providing technical support and troubleshooting for equipment and systems, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring reliable operation. The Field Services Engineer will engage with customers to address their needs, deliver exceptional service, and build strong relationships. The position includes onsite visits to client facilities to provide hands-on support and solutions.

• Proficiency in Field Service and Preventive Maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of equipment and systems
• Strong abilities in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to analyze and resolve technical issues effectively
• Excellent Customer Service skills to foster positive relationships and address client needs professionally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and problem-solve in dynamic environments
• Relevant technical certifications or an engineering degree is a plus
• Experience in the industrial automation or control systems sector is an advantage
