Role Description and Qualifications

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Engineer to lead the installation activities for our diverse range of electrical projects, especially for the UPS installation activities.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, exceptional project management skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. He will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of electrical installations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and client specifications.

Lead the on-site installation of UPS systems, battery banks, and associated electrical components.

Perform commissioning and testing of units to ensure they meet load requirements and safety standards.

Conduct site surveys to provide technical recommendations for pre-installation requirements (cabling, MCBs, earthing).

Prepare detailed Service Reports and Installation Commissioning Reports (ICR) after every visit.

Maintain accurate logs of spare parts used and inventory requirements.

Collect and document customer feedback to help improve our service quality.

Execute Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedules to ensure 24/7 uptime for client systems.

Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, PCB faults, and battery health problems.

Provide emergency breakdown support (on-call) to maintain our commitment to Always Happy Customers.
