Field Service Technician

Job Summary:

Revamp Moto Private Limited is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our dynamic service team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electric vehicles (EVs) while ensuring customer satisfaction and safety. Your technical expertise and commitment to quality service will play a crucial role in maintaining our company's reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Maintenance & Inspection: Perform routine maintenance and thorough inspections on electric vehicles.

🔹 Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools.

🔹 Repairs & Compliance: Execute repairs on EV components while ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications and safety guidelines.

🔹 Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers, providing accurate estimates and timelines for repairs.

🔹 Safety Compliance: Strictly follow safety protocols and industry best practices in all service activities.

Requirements:

✅ Education: Technical diploma or certification in Electric Vehicle Systems or a related field.

✅ Experience: 1-5 years of experience in EV manufacturing, servicing, or a related industry (preferred).

✅ Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of EV components, charging systems, and diagnostic tools.

✅ Problem-Solving Skills: Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities to quickly identify and resolve issues.

✅ Team Player & Independent Worker: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

✅ Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
