Field Service Supervisor

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Service Supervisor located in Rajkot. The Field Service Supervisor will oversee service operations, manage a team of technicians, and ensure timely and efficient delivery of maintenance and repair services. Responsibilities include scheduling service activities, troubleshooting equipment issues, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role also involves reporting on performance metrics and ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service delivery.

• Experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
• Team management and leadership skills
• Strong planning, scheduling, and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of safety standards and compliance regulations
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills in a workplace environment
• Ability to work independently and also collaborate with a team
• Familiarity with the construction and mining equipment industry is a plus
• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field
