Job Description

Role: Field Sales Executive

Location- Vashi -Mumbai

Experience : 2 to 4 yrs

Key Responsibilities

 

1.   Territory Management: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, as well as managing existing accounts within a designated geographical area.

2.   Customer Interaction: Conducting face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.

3.   Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

4.   Relationship Building: Establishing and maintaining strong professional relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

5.   Reporting: Preparing sales reports, logging interactions in CRM software, and monitoring competitor activities.

6.   Problem Solving: Handling customer objections and negotiating contract terms

 

A. Required Skills and Qualifications

 

1.   Communication & Negotiation: Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.

2.   Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build trust and rapport face-to-face.

3.   Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.

4.   Product Knowledge: Ability to learn and explain complex technical features and benefits.

5.   Self-Motivation: Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.

6.   Education/Experience: Usually requires a high school diploma, while a degree (business, marketing) or previous sales experience is often preferred

 

B. Typical Daily Activities

 

1.  Planning daily client visits and routes.

2.  Cold calling and door-to-door visits to secure appointments.

3.  Providing product demonstrations.

4.  Updating CRM systems with visit notes.

5.  Following up on leads generated through marketing efforts.

 

C.  Education:  Any graduate
