Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Service Engineer based in Ahmedabad. The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for performing equipment maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and providing technical support to customers. The role also involves maintaining high levels of customer service and ensuring optimal functionality of instrumentation to meet customer needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Field Service and Technical Support
- Strong Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance skills
- Experience delivering excellent Customer Service
- Solid understanding of Analytical and Life Science Instrumentation
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in an on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field) or equivalent practical experience
- Willingness to travel for assignments within the region as required
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
