Role Overview

We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our service operations team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment at client sites. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strong communication skills to represent Ryxotech's brand and values in the field.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment at various client sites (local/overseas).

  • Manage parts lifecycle services including new, repair, overhaul, and rework.

  • Provide technical support and training to customers to ensure proper equipment usage and performance.

  • Document service activities, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records in compliance with company policies.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service processes and operational efficiency.

  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards during all service activities.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent).

  • 2-5 years of field service experience in semiconductor equipment or OEM solutions.

  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

  • Willingness and ability to travel and work independently at various customer sites as required.

  • Knowledge of SAP Business Network/Ariba workflows is an advantage.
