Provide technical and after-sales service for Endoscopy equipment in local hospitals.
Oversee installation of equipment according to specifications.
Provide basic user training for equipment installed and coordinate with customers and site preparation of Endoscopy equipment.
Analyze malfunctions.
Consult engineering supervisor to resolve problems.
Propose and advise customers in sign-ups of service contract.
Perform servicing, repairing, and Preventive Maintenance for Endoscopy equipment under Maintenance contract
Prepare site for installation of new Endoscopy Medical equipment, coordinating with customers.
Support Sales and Marketing team in promotion of accessories and stand-in cases for endoscopy procedures to better understand the use and customer's feedback.
Job Requirement:
Diploma in Biomedical, Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
0-2 years of related field service experience. Fresh graduate is acceptable.
Technical Skills: - Device Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and repair multi-symptom hardware and software issues on complex electro-medical devices. - Calibration & Preventive Maintenance (PM): Expertise in following strict biomedical Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guarantee device safety, compliance, and accuracy. - Network/ IT Integration: Understanding of hospital networking systems to ensure medical devices communicate seamlessly with electronic health records.
Soft Skills: - Customer-Facing Communication: Must act as the face of service excellence, routinely interacting with doctors, nurses, and hospital biomedical teams. - High-Pressure Adaptability: Capacity to prioritise service effectively to minimize equipment downtime and ensure optimal patient care. - Physical& Availability Requirements: Must be physically capable of lifting equipment, willing to be on-call for after office hour or weekend duty
Good communication and problem-solving abilities when collaborating with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Able to work independently and is detailed-oriented.
Able to attend to breakdown after office hours or stand-in cases on weekends.
