Field Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Installation, commissioning, and adjustment of HMC, VMC, machining centers, lathes, and die casting machines.
• On-site troubleshooting and fault diagnosis at customer locations.
• Repair and maintenance work from both electrical and mechanical perspectives.
• Replacement of key components such as spindles and ball screws.
• Performing preventive maintenance and periodic inspections.
• Preparing and maintaining service reports and records.
• Communicating technically with customers and building strong client relationships.
• Traveling to customer sites within India as required.
