- Provides support to customers in India, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Be able to perform on site Commissioning, Maintenance and workshop repairs activities on Pumps and Turbines
- Coordinates with Service Manager in the planning of activities in the workshops and on customer sites, to ensure optimum customer service levels and timely response to customer needs.
- Coordinates with Engineers in CSF to resolve technical issues and improve or solve reliability issues with equipment and machinery.
- Works closely with BU Service teams in France regarding trouble shooting, commissioning and other service issues.
- Responsible for contributing to CSI service revenue objectives
- Demonstrate High Level of Commitment towards Safety
Participate in compliance with relevant processes and procedures concerning site visits and product safety
