Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and test IoT hardware, sensors, gateways, and related peripherals at customer locations
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and corrective servicing of deployed IoT systems
- Diagnose hardware, connectivity, power, and basic software-related issues on-site
- Configure devices, SIMs, and basic network parameters as per installation guidelines
- Ensure proper cabling, mounting, and electrical connections following safety standards
- Update installation reports, service logs, and checklists using computer/mobile-based tools
- Coordinate with the central technical/support team for issue resolution and escalations
- Educate customers on basic system usage and report operational feedback
- Ensure timely completion of assigned site visits
