Field Service Engineer

Role Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of surgical and digital medical equipment
• Lead product installations and coordinate with customers and internal teams
• Provide remote and onsite technical support with timely documentation
• Manage service tasks and customer interactions professionally and within budget
